Ali explained that he and other three people made the bomb between September 25 and October 2, 2002. The three other people were Umar Arab (Umar Patek), Abdul Ghoim, and Sardjio alias Sawad. The police have never previously mentioned the involvement of the last two in the bombing. The brother of Muklas, another suspect of the Bali bombing, said he had learned how to make bomb from many instructors in various countries. From Afghanistan to Kashmir, he said.
