Uchok claimed the budget is regulated in the Governor’s Decree no. 10/ 2013 issued in February. They compared Jokowi’s supporting operational expenditure to his predecessor Fauzi Bowo’s expenditure of Rp17,640,355,000 last year.
Uchok also said that Jokowi’s impromptu visits make him seem like a nationwide celebrity because he is known by many poeple. He believes a governor should not only try to form public opinion, yet also try to solve the city’s issues such as traffic congestion and floods.
