Wisma Atlet Hospital Total COVID-19 Recoveries Reach 6,914

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The total number of recoveries at the COVID-19 Wisma Atlet Kemayoran emergency hospital as of August 5 had reached 6,914 cases. 

In charge of the hospital, Marine Colonel Aris Mudian said that the number is the accumulative recoveries since March 23, 2020. 

“The recap is from March 23, 2020, and out of 9,363 registered patients, there are 6,914 recoveries,” Aris Mudian wrote in a press release today. 

The details of the statistics include 210 patients that were referred from other health facilities. Meanwhile, the death toll from the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran emergency hospital had increased by three cases while there had been one case of unauthorized premature release.

As of today, the hospital is treating 1,273 COVID-19 patients that consist of 708 male patients and 570 female patients with an additional five suspected cases.
