Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) DahlanIskan said he would create a Partnership and CommunityDevelopment Program in (PKBL) Atambua, East Nusa Tenggara. The program is primarily planting sorghum crops on a land area of 1,500 hectares owned by farmers.
